More than 100 students participated in the exam. PRESIDIANS HONE THEIR SOCIAL SKILLS WITH PUPPET MAKING ACTIVITY
Puppets are engaging toys that can help support oral language skills and communication, social/emotional development and help children learn and understand the world around them through safe, imaginative play. Puppets offer children an engaging way to interact and explore their knowledge and understanding of the world. For instance, when a child can talk through a puppet, suddenly sharing isn’t so scary. For many children, it opens up a new world of communication that supports the acquisition of language skills. Puppets also support the opportunity to teach positive social interactions, problem-solving, and other social/emotional skills. An activity for this was conducted by grade prep where students brought old socks from their home and were told to attach a red color tongue and two googly eyes to the socks and it turned out into a snake. They enjoyed their puppets and shared their experiences with it among themselves.
PRESIDIANS PARTICIPATE IN SOCIAL SCIENCE ACTIVITY
Human resource describes the people who make up the workforce of an organization, industry, business sector, or economy. To take up the concept of Human resources class 8 F was taken to the social science lab. While explaining the concepts of population distribution in India, children were made to understand the terms like population density, population change, and population composition.
