Role play exercises give students the opportunity to assume the role of a person or act out a given situation. Students read the play 'The palace in the Dream' in their curriculum book. Later they were motivated and engaged to do the role-play of the same. Students were dressed up in the different characters of the play: the King, Courtier, old Man, Tenali Raman, and the narrator. They all acted brilliantly. They used voice modulation while delivering the dialogues with great expression. They presented the role play in a very meaningful way.
