Milad-un-Nabi is a celebration to commemorate the birth of Prophet Mohammed. It is believed that Prophet Mohammed was born in Mecca on the twelfth day of Rabi-al-Awake. It is celebrated in the third month of the Islamic calendar. Prophet Mohammed showed the path of compassion, tolerance, and universal brotherhood.
