‘Learning is the process whereby knowledge is created through the transformation of experience.’

Keeping this in mind Presidium Gurgaon organised a visit to a cold storage for the students of grade 5 under the theme of ‘Food Preservation’ in ‘PBL’. The visit gave them a practical and explorative learning experience about the functioning of a cold storage where very low temperature is maintained to store perishable goods. The students learned about perishable food, their preservation and also about the structure of a cold storage. They learnt a lot about food preservation and it was a great hands-on experience for them.
